Bangladesh Visa Checklist

Current original passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of travel and must have at least 2 blank pages & old passport (if any).
2 Photographs (35 X 45 mm, whitre background, matt finish, 80% face image).
Invitation letter (from Bangladesh with stamp & sign with contact person’s details)
Original updated personal bank statement of last 6 months showing applicant’s name, account number with bank seal & sign on each page.
Ticket copy
Hotel Confirmations.
For Employed:
1. Letter from employer – leave sanction letter stating your position, salary, length of employment, travel dates along with the name and contact details of the person providing the letter on company letter head with stamp & signature.
2. Pay slips of the last three months.
3. Company id copy
4. Company registration copy
5. Covering letter on Company letterhead with stamp & sign
For Self-employed:

Business registration / IRDA LICENCE /Partnership Deed.
Two original blank letter heads with signature of the applicant on bottom left of the page. (Will be used as a covering letter to be sent to embassy.)
