Spain Visa Checklist

• Current original passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of travel and must have at least two blank pages & old passport (if any).
• Passport copies of first and last page & all Schengen visa copy (if applicable).
• 2 recent photographs (35x 45 mm, White Background, Matt Finish, 80% image).
• Pan Card.
• Last 3 years income tax return or Form 16 of last 3 years.
• Original updated personal bank statement of last 1 year showing applicant’s name, account number with bank seal & sign with minimum balance of 589.68 Euros per person for a minimum period of 07 day stay.  
• Any other documents which shows your financial strength i.e. Fixed Deposits, Postal Savings, N.S.C., K.V.P., L.I.C., Mutual Funds, Demat Account Statement, land purchased documents., shares, certificates, bonds etc.). Property papers (residential/commercial).
• Travel insurance of minimum 30,000 €. Valid for entire stay and 15 days valid from the date of return to India.
• Return air ticket with internal ticket if the applicant is traveling different countries within the schengen area.
• Confirmed Hotel booking for entire stay (if visiting as a Tourist)
• Day wise itinerary (if visiting as a Tourist)

• For Employed:

1. Letter from employer – leave sanction letter stating your position, salary, length of employment, travel dates along with the name and contact details of the person providing the letter on company letter head with stamp & signature.
2. Pay slips of the last six months.

• For Self-employed:

1. Business registration / IRDA LICENCE /Partnership Deed.
2. Two original blank letter heads with signature of the applicant on bottom left of the page with stamp. (Will be used as a covering letter to be sent to embassy.)
3. Original updated company bank statement of last 1 year showing applicant’s name, account number with bank seal & sign.

• For Retired

1. Evidence of your retirement – (letter from your employer &  pensions slip)

• For student of school /college NOC from principal / leave sanction & school/college I card copy.

Sponsor Documents:

• Invitation letter issued by “Policia Nacional de España”. (submit in original along with a photocopy).
• Attested copy of the passport and the DNI or residence card of the person living in Spain.
