When To Visit

The summer season is the best time to visit Southern hill station of India. With the average temperature, days can be a little hot though, especially during the afternoon. But at other times, the heat is bearable. The occasional rains also sweep away some heat to keep the hill station enjoyable. And it even gets cold enough at night for you to put on some warm clothes.

DAY 1BANGALORE-WONDERLA RESORT

  • Arrive Bangalore & transfer to Wonderla Resort.
  • Upon arrival check in at resort & proceed for full day excitement tour of Wonderla Park.
  • Wonderla Bengaluru is the loudest, craziest, and the most amazing part of town. This simply is not just an amusement park, but a world of breath-taking charm.

DAY 2BANGALORE-MYSORE SIGHTSEEING (B)

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Check out & proceed to Mysore is the second-largest city in the state of Karnataka. Located at the base of the Chamundi Hills about 146 km (91 mi) southwest of the state capital Bangalore, it is spread across an area of 128.42 km2 (50 sq mi).
  • Upon arrival at Mysore,  visit Lalitha Mahal Palace, Chamundi Hill, Mysore Zoo, Mysore Palace.
  • Later drive to Kukkarhalli Lake is situated in the heart of the Mysore City and lies in the vicinity of the University of Mysore. This lake sprawls over an area of 120 acres.
  • Evening visit Brindavan Gardens is a famous & beautiful garden laid out below the Krishnaraja Sagar Dam. the Brindavan Gardens is considered as one of the best gardens in India.

DAY 3MYSORE-COORG (B)

  • Check out & proceed to Coorg, popularly termed as Scotland of India. Rich food and spices is in short termed Coorg. Smell the coffee, taste the oranges, flavour with cardamom and savour the honey.
  • Arrive and Check-in at hotel/resort.
  • Evening Visit Coffee & Spice plantations.
  • Overnight at Coorg.

DAY 4COORG SIGHTSEEING (B)

  • Early breakfast at hotel.
  • Proceed to Dubare elephant camp (please reach before 09:00 hrs. after that visit The Omkareshwara Temple.
  • Afternoon you can head for Madikeri where you can witness the various points of interest there.
  • Visit the beautiful Abbey Falls, Raja’s seat & Madikeri fort
  • Evening back to hotel.
  • Overnight at Coorg.

DAY 5COORG-WAYAND (B)

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Check out & drive to Wayanad on the way you will be delighted with the mesmerizing sight of hills, lakes reflecting the surrounding lustrous forests, caves, small streams and miniature waterfalls.
  • Upon arrival visit Pookote Lake is a natural fresh water lake situated close to the Kalpetta. The lake has the shape of India’s map.
  • Later drive to Lakkidi is small hill station situated at the highest point in the Wayanad district.
  • Evening check in to hotel.

DAY 6WAYANAD SIGHTSEEING (B)

  • Check out & transfer to Ooty The “Queen of Hill stations” Ooty in the southIndia is a famous tourist attraction, mainly for its natural beauty. It has grown to be one of the most famous hill stations in India. Ooty or Udhagamandalam is the capital of the Nilgiri district.
  • The major attractions of this hill station are the green valleys, beautiful mountains and the vast tea estates.
  • On Arrival transfer to hotel and rest of the day is at leisure.
  • Overnight at Ooty.

DAY 8OOTY SIGHTSEEING (B)

  • Proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit Ooty Lake, Boat Club, Rose Garden, Botanical Gardens, Dodabetta Peak is a mountain peak situated on the Ooty – Kotagiri Road in the Nilgiris district of Tamilnadu.
  • Afternoon drive to Pykara Lake is a placid lake situated on Ooty – Mysore road in Tamilnadu. After thath visit Pykara Falls is a majestic waterfalls situated on Ooty – Mysore road in Ooty.
  • Later drive to Kamaraj Sagar / Sandynalla Reservoir & Pine Forest Kamraj Sagar Dam.
