When to Visit

Best Time to Visit Rajasthan. Locals and travel experts recommend the period between the months of November to February as the best time to visit Rajasthan. Summers are scorching whereas during winters, temperature come down to the bottom of the mercury level.

DAY1 JAIPUR

  • Arrive at Jaipur Airport/ Railway Station.
  • Meet our representative for transfer to Hotel.
  • Check-in at Hotel.
  • Evening free time to enjoy on your own.

DAY 2JAIPUR (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Drive to Amber fort make your ascent to the palace fortress on the gaily-caparisoned elephant back. Tour the chamber & hallways of the palace, which are famous for the excellence of their design & decoration.
  • Afternoon tour of Jaipur known as “The Pink City Of Rajasthan” visit the unique Jantar Mantar observatory, which was built in 1700’s, yet even today still looks futuristic of almost surrealistic: the city palace & its museum, the Hawa Mahal or the Palace Of Winds.
  • Overnight at Jaipur.

DAY 3JAIPUR - BIKANER (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Checkout from Hotel.
  • Drive to Bikaner. On arrival in Bikaner, do a sightseeing tour of the city.
  • Rao Bikaji, a descendant of the founder of Jodhpur Jodhaji, founded this desert town in the north of the state in 1488. Visit the Junagarh fort constructed between 1588 & 1599 by Raja Jai Singh, a general in the Mogul Emperor Akbar’s army. Also visit Lalgarh palace museum & Camel breeding farm (closed on Sunday).
  • Overnight at Bikaner.

DAY 4BIKANER - JAISALMER (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Check-out from Hotel.
  • Drive to Jaisalmer. Enroute visiting Deshnokh Karni Mata Temple & Pokaran.
  • On arrival at Jaisalmer check in at Hotel.
  • Late afternoon drive to “Sam” for a lifetime sunset sand dunes experience where Camel ride can be enjoyed (at own cost).
  • Overnight at Jaisalmer.

DAY 5JAISALMER (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer starts, it is in the heart of great Indian desert. Visit fort built by Maharawal Jaisel in 1156 ad one of the 2nd oldest in Rajasthan situated on Triangular Mount 76 meters above ground level, Jain Temple of 12 century bc Gadhisar tank, folk museum, Patva-Ki-Haveli, Salim Singh Haveli and Diwan Nathmal Ki Haveli, Badal Niwas Palace.
  • Overnight at Jaisalmer.

DAY 6JAISALMER - JODHPUR (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Check-out at Hotel.
  • Drive to Jodhpur enroute visiting Osian which has 16 Jain and Vaishnava Temples dating back from 8th to 11th centuries presenting the grandeur of Indian Temple architecture. All the sixteen temples are with in the outer limit of the village.
  • Check in at Hotel.
  • Overnight at Jodhpur.

DAY 7JODHPUR (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Proceed on sightseeing tour of Jodhpur gateway to the desert beyond, home of the Rathores of Marwar. Visit the Mehrangarh fort, rising up on a hilly scrap, built on the advice of a hermit, which over looks the cities blue houses, the image of a long sentinel. Inside the fort are a number of palaces added by successive ruler and the canon rampart.
  • Also visit the Jaswanthada, richly carved white marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Sight-II , which preserves the genealogy of the rulers of Jodhpur along with their life-size portraits.
  • In the  afternoon, visit Mandore gardens set on a plateau are the ruins of the ancient Marwar capital now surrounded with beautiful gardens. See the pillared ‘Hall Of Heroes’ and the ‘Shrine of the 300 million Gods’ return to the old city walk through Sojati gate, which leads to Sadar Bazaar with its ornate clock tower.
  • Later go on excursion tour to a Bishnoi village to witness black bucks freely roam in heards in the countryside also see thatched huts and houses. Men wearing colorful turbans (headgear) and women in bright outfits working in their fields with their cattle’s.
  • Overnight at Jodhpur.

DAY 8JODHPUR - RANAKPUR - UDAIPUR (B)

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Check-out from hotel.
  • Drive to Udaipur enroute visiting Ranakpur.
  • Visit the famous Jain temples, dating back to the 15th century. Its 29 halls are supported by 1444 pillars none of, which are similar. The temple abounds with intricate friezes and sculptures. Includes visit to more Jain temples of the sun god with its erotic sculptures.
  • Continue your drive to “Lake City”, Udaipur.  
  • Upon arrival check in to the Hotel
  • Overnight at Udaipur.

DAY 9UDAIPUR (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Full day sight seen of Udaipur. This is possibly the most romantic city in Rajasthan there would be no doubt as to why it is called “The Venice of East.” the city was founded by Maharaja Udai Singh is situated on the edge of the lakes and surrounded by the Aravali Mountain Ranges. The Ambience, climate and history combined make Udaipur a tourist heaven.
  • One can opt to travel to famous temple of Eklingji & Nagda.
  • Afternoon half day city tour visiting City Palace mueseum, Jagdish temple and Saheliyon Ki Bari.
  • Overnight at Udaipur.

DAY 10UDAIPUR (B)

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Check-out from Hotel.
  • Meet our representative for Drop to Airport / Railway station.
