Tour Details

The Statue of Unity is the tallest structure of its kind in the world. Take this day trip from Ahmedabad to visit the engineering marvel standing at 182m tall. The statue is a tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and it’s surrounded by an enormous man-made lake spread across 12km. Another highlight of this trip is the Sardar Sarovar Dam which is the world’s second largest dam.

When to Visit

Statue of Unity can be visited all year round. The best time to visit is from July to March as it will give a good view of overflow from Sardar Sarovar Dam.

Note: Statue of Unity is closed on Mondays.

Itinerary

DAY 1AHMEDABAD - STATUE OF UNITY (L ,D)

  • Start from Ahmedabad early in the morning between 6 – 7 am. Breakfast on the way.  Reach Tent City where a beautiful atmosphere awaits you. Check-in, freshen up and visit dining area for Lunch.
  • A coach will be waiting for you to pick you up and take you to sightseeing of Sardar Sarovar Dam, Selfie Point, Valley of flowers, Glow garden.
  • Followed by visit to viewing gallery. As soon as you come down from there refreshment awaits you.
  • Relax and enjoy the natural environment. A mesmerizing laser show will start by the evening which describes different aspects in the life of Iron Man of India.
  • Return to Tent City for Dinner with live entertainment.
  • Overnight at Tent City

DAY 2STATUE OF UNITY - AHMEDABAD (B)

  • Wake up to a beautiful morning among nature on the bank of river.
  • Have breakfast at dining area.
  • Enjoy some leisure time at in-house activities.  
  • Check-out and ride back to Ahmedabad
