Tour Details

The Statue of Unity is the tallest structure of its kind in the world. Take this day trip from Ahmedabad to visit the engineering marvel standing at 182m tall. The statue is a tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and it’s surrounded by an enormous man-made lake spread across 12km. Another highlight of this trip is the Sardar Sarovar Dam which is the world’s second largest dam.

Day TripFULL DAY TRIP TO STATUE TO UNITY

  • Pick up from Ahmedabad or airport (between 6 am to 9 am) and drive to the Statue of Unity. Total Distance is 210 Kms Appox 3.5 Hours to 4 Hours from Ahmedabad via National Express Highway 1.
  • On the way you will have your breakfast / snacks. Upon reaching after the entrance Take the elevators in the statue located on each leg to reach the Viewing Gallery at 153m, at the chest level, in just 30 seconds. Be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic view on the ride up. Do not miss the Museum & Audio Visual Gallery depicting the life of Sardar Patel.
  • Then it is Lunch time followed by which visit Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point, Valley of Flowers, Selfie Point, Glow Garden.
  • Come back to statue, freshen-up time. Later witness the most charismatic Laser show which elaborates on the Personal life, freedom movement and political events.
  • After Laser show leave back for Ahmedabad on the way have dinner at Highway hotel.
  • Back home with memories and selfies.
