A beautiful wild paradise nestled in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, the Tadoba National Park is well-famed for sightings of the majestic Bengal Tiger. The excitement doesn’t end here, the deciduous forest of Tadoba National Park is also a natural habitat for leopards, Wild Dogs, bears, deer, marsh crocodiles, as well as many rare species of birds.

When To Visit

The best time to visit Tadoba National Park is between October and June. You can expect to spot most tigers between March and June. The Park remains closed between July and September.

Itinerary

DAY 1NAGPUR-TADOBA

  • Arrive Nagpur Railway station/Airport & transfer to Tadoba National Park.
  • Check in upon arrival at hotel/Resort.
  • Day free for personal activities.
  • Overnight at Tadoba.

DAY 2TADOBA SAFARI (B)

  • Wake up early in the morning and get ready to experience the morning safari from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • Enjoy a great visual treat of nature and find yourself amazed by the wide variety of wildlife that you encounter. The open jeep safari is sure to give you some thrilling moments as you can catch a glimpse of not only tigers, but also leopards, sloth bears, gaur, wild dogs, hyenas, civet and other jungle cats.
  • You will also spot many species of Indian deer like sambar, cheetal and nilgai, as well as the marsh crocodile.
  • After the exciting safari, head back to the hotel and have breakfast.
  • Get ready for another safari stint between 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The park is home to some rare varieties of flora like the teak trees and crocodile bark, amongst others.
  • Back to hotel.
  • Overnight at Tadoba.

DAY 3TADOBA-NAGPUR DROP (B)

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Check out & transfer to Nagpur Airport/Railway station for your onward journey.
  • Tour ends with Sweet Memories…!!!
